How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship within 5 to 7 days, tracked and signed for, and shipping within Australia is complimentary. Made-to-order sizes take 2 to 3 weeks. Worldwide shipping is available on request.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are made just for you, so they're exchange only.
How do I find my ring size?
The easiest way is to have a ring you already own measured, or I can post you a complimentary sizer. If a made-to-order ring arrives and the size isn't right, the first resize is on me.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Solid silver, gold and bronze are made to be worn every day. Take pieces off for pools and heavy knocks, and refresh the shine with the polishing cloth included in your order. Every piece can also come home to my bench for a complimentary polish.
What is permanent jewellery?
A fine chain measured to your wrist and welded seamlessly closed, so there's no clasp to lose. It's painless, takes about fifteen minutes, and is offered by appointment.
How much does a bespoke commission cost?
Most commissions start around A$1,500, with the final price depending on metal and stones. You'll always have a fixed quote after our first consultation, before any work begins.
